Our Brewers Notes 

 A stripped back pilsner that is single hopped with the delicate fruity aromatics of Olicana® to provide a clean, crisp, light bodied flavour. Using a traditional floor malted Czech style lager malt, expertly grown in the UK, produces a clear golden colour, full of flavour with a single malt sweetness.

Brewed in the heart of Cornwall and born from the love of the Cornish coast, the ‘Falifornia’ dream of everlasting summers and embracing the idyllic laziness of the nonchalant south coast. 

Crafted with Olicana hops for that fruity summer feel, and heavily influenced by the perfectly still crystal-clear waters of the south coast.
