Introducing our first ever Barrel Aged Imperial Stout ‘Penny Go Slow’. Derived from our classic PennyComeQuick using just three malts: pale malt, crystal malt and chocolate malt. The extended aging in charred Speyside Whisky barrels allows for deep, rich smoked oak notes in taste and aroma within this decadent stout. Luxurious, bold and intense with layers of creamy chocolate, roasted coffee and smoked oak creating balance and character as well as a slight alcoholic ‘heat’.
